pelvic floor and neurogenic disorders can all lead to constipation. There are times when constipation is a sign of
a serious problem.
Constipation can also be a side effect of some medications, such as pain killers and antidepressants. It is common
during pregnancy.
Lastly, consider food allergies as the cause of constipation. If you are bloated, experience frequent gas or intestinal
problems, you could be having a reaction to the food you eat. Corn, milk, wheat and other allergies can cause many kinds
of intestinal problems.
